Job: Content Writer for Local SEO (Expert) — Remote
Pay: Rs 178,000 – Rs 245,000 per month
Hours: Full time, 9 AM – 5 PM (US Eastern Time)
We are a small US-based digital marketing company. We work with many local businesses. Our goal is simple we make content that helps websites show up on Google, attract customers, and grow their business. Right now, we need a Local SEO Content Writer. You should be good at research and writing. Your job will be to create content about local services that people can find on Google easily.
This is a full-time job, not a freelance one. We don’t hire people who only did freelance work. You need at least 2 years of full-time experience in a digital marketing team
Your Role
As a Local SEO Content Writer, you will write simple and clear content for different businesses.You will work with the SEO team to make sure the content sounds natural and helps websites appear in local Google search.
Responsibilities
- Create easy-to-read, SEO-friendly content for local business websites — like homepages, service pages, city pages, and blogs.
- Look up keywords, competitors, and what people are searching for in each area.
- Make simple content plans and outlines to guide your writing.
- Add SEO elements in your content — titles, headings, links, and keywords.
- Write Google Business posts and content for specific locations.
- Follow our style guide and tone for US-based businesses.
- You can use AI tools if allowed, but content should always sound 100% human and accurate.
- Check your work to make sure it helps with SEO and matches the brand before submitting.
Qualifications
You know local SEO and can write what people search for.
Your English is good. You write clear sentences and understand instructions.
You have 2 or more years of writing for local businesses.
You follow instructions, finish work on time, and can handle more than one task.
If you know tools like SurferSEO, that’s good, but not required.
WordPress knowledge is a plus, but not required.
You can work during US working hours.
